Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team in Manchester, NH. This full-time, first-shift position supports patient care activities in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Room patients and record vital signs and medical histories
  • Assist providers during examinations and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, instruments, and supplies
  • Perform clinical tasks such as EKGs, phlebotomy, injections, and lab specimen handling (as permitted)
  • Update and manage patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely and efficient appointments
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, referrals, and patient communication
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and confidentiality regulations

Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
  • Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong clinical and patient-care skills
  • Comfortable using EMR systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment
  • Previous outpatient or physician-practice experience preferred
